Tasks

• Manage E2E business transformation initiatives where you align business and IT stakeholders around a common goal. With your proven industry and transformation expertise you can connect the dots and drive the change
• Move from building digital channels to implementing a real digital transformation by creating and combining business insights on clients, markets, products, and processes
• Change ways of working at organisational level to evolve to a client-centric, outside-in organisation
• Maximise benefits on change investments by helping clients move to lean portfolio management and apply best-practice methodology and governance

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business/Management/Economics or in an IT/Engineering-related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Dutch, or French
• Able to design solutions that are usable, valuable, and viable for the client
• Leadership experience in a financial services or consulting company
• Project Management certifications are a plus
