Tasks

• Interact with client to accurately capture their ideas, expectations, and concerns by asking questions to clarify priorities and potential issues
• Perform as-is assessments, and drive the development of to-be solutions and gap analyses
• Organise and lead workshops/meetings to capture core information
• Assist and contribute to identifying strategic and operational issues and propose concrete solutions
• Shape target operating models, business processes and assess their organisational impacts
• Co-ordinate team discussions to help deliver sustainable solutions for the client
• Contribute to the creation of the main deliverables of projects
• Follow-up actions with all projects' stakeholders, and timely report on their status

Qualifications

• Master's degree in (Applied) Economic Sciences, Business Engineering or any other master completed by a degree in Management Sciences
• Experience in financial controlling, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and cost management, finance advisory or finance process improvement in any industry
• Experience in SAP (ECC, BPC, S/4 Hana) reporting tools (e.g. Cognos Analytics, Business Objects) as user or business analyst
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (written and oral)
• Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment
• Experience in Finance ideally in the consulting business, or internally with significant project management responsibilities
