Senior Manager, Financial Reporting Key Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and reporting packages.
- Manage external audits, disclosures, and reporting compliance.
- Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP and other applicable accounting standards.
- Collaborate with finance and business leaders across the organization.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, internal controls, and team development.
Senior Manager, Financial Reporting Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Big 4 experience
- Prior people management experience required.
- Strong background in external reporting and audits.
- Expertise in U.S. GAAP and consolidated reporting.
- Experience in a large, complex organization preferred.
