The seat:
- Player-coach role reporting directly to the CIO
- Clear path to Co-CIO within ~12 months
- Own the research agenda end-to-end - signals, backtesting, portfolio construction, client-facing analytics
- Flat, collaborative, engineering-driven culture
What they want:
- 10-15+ yrs in medium frequency (days to weeks) quantitative equity as a PM or Head of Research.
- Hands-on. Has built the stack, not just managed people
- PhD / MS in a quant field
