Your new role
As the Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in the management, support, and continual improvement of enterprise applications, databases, and system software platforms. Working within the Information Technology Services team, you will provide deep technical expertise across system architecture, database administration, software lifecycle management, release management, and incident response.You will be responsible for maintaining and optimising critical business systems, ensuring high levels of performance, reliability, and security across enterprise environments. The role will see you collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to troubleshoot complex technical issues, deliver system enhancements, support platform upgrades, manage releases, and contribute to major incident management activities.This is a hands-on technical role suited to an experienced systems professional who enjoys solving complex problems, driving improvements, and supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
What You'll Need to Succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in IT, including at least 7 years in a similar Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator, or Enterprise Applications role.
• Strong expertise in database administration, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise applications, system software, operating systems, and release management processes.
• Experience supporting ERP and payroll platforms, with exposure to TechnologyOne, Frontier Software, or similar enterprise systems highly regarded.
• Strong background in software installation, configuration, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing incidents and problem resolution within complex IT environments.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL and project delivery methodologies.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management capabilities.
• Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence.
• Ability to participate in after-hours support activities when required.
