Charterhouse Partnership have partnered with multiple Accounting Firms across Greater Melbourne and Regional Victoria actively recruiting Business Advisory Managers and Senior Managers.
Are you looking for a role as a Business Advisory Manager? We are partnering with several firms across Victoria actively seeking people to operate at a Senior capacity. Roles that we are working with include:

• Specialist Boutique Firms: Work close to home and provide advisory services to a range of clientele with unique needs, wear several hats and offer advice on multiple business lines.
• Outsourced Team Managers: Lead and develop a team of offshore Accounting staff, manage high volume of work and develop teams that are shaping the future of Accounting.
• Corporate and International Tax Specialists: Work on interesting work and gain exposure to a whole new field, working with highly prestigious clients and well known brands, gaining excellent technical exposure.
• Technical Managers: Hone in on your technical expertise, provide valuable insights across the firm, lead trainings and manage quality control across the board, ensuring high levels of technical brilliance.
• Client Managers: Be client facing and own relationships with a wide range of businesses, offer bespoke advice and become highly analytical of complex financials and translate to action points and become a leading strategist!
• Partnership Pathways: Assist transitions to retirement whilst building your client base and using your business acumen to one day own a stake in established Accounting Firms and set yourself up for life!
• Mid Tiers & Top 100s: Work for big brands, gaining valuable insights from leaders with reputable backgrounds, receive significant investment in training and development whilst gaining exposure to large and complex client groups including ASX listed and multinationals!
