Join a highly regarded private wealth management firm that partners with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, family offices, and purpose-led organisations across Australia.As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a Melbourne-based Associate to join an established Adviser team supporting sophisticated client portfolios and investment strategies.
Your new role
Working closely with experienced Investment Advisers, you will provide exceptional client service while supporting portfolio administration, client onboarding, and day-to-day investment operations.
- Supporting advisers with client meetings, review packs, proposals, and presentations
- Assisting with client onboarding, account maintenance, and portfolio administration
- Managing cash and stock transfers, settlements, corporate actions, IPOs, and placements
- Coordinating with clients, advisers, and internal teams across Wealth Management and Operations
- Responding to client enquiries and maintaining accurate client records
- Managing annual reviews, AML/KYC requirements, and client documentation
- You will ideally come from private wealth, stockbroking, investment operations, financial advice support, or a broader financial services environment.
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, stockbroking, or investment support
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- Exposure to AML/KYC, onboarding, account maintenance, or investment operations
- RG146 qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
