As investment in AI continues to grow, the organisation is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead the people side of transformation, ensuring employees, leaders and stakeholders are prepared, engaged and supported as new technologies and processes are introduced.
Your new role
As the Organisational Change Manager, you will play a critical role within a high-profile AI Transformation Programme, leading organisational change activities across technology, digital and business transformation initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders, technology teams, project delivery teams and business stakeholders, you will develop and execute change strategies that drive adoption, engagement, readiness and long-term behavioural change. This role is focused on helping people successfully navigate and embrace new AI-enabled ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering end-to-end change strategies across AI, digital and business transformation initiatives.
- Conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis activities.
- Developing stakeholder engagement and executive sponsorship strategies.
- Facilitating workshops, leadership forums and engagement activities.
- Creating compelling communications, change narratives and employee engagement campaigns.
- Supporting leaders to communicate change and manage resistance effectively.
- Driving business readiness, learning and capability uplift activities.
- Developing training, adoption and reinforcement strategies.
- Measuring adoption, utilisation and change outcomes to ensure benefits are realised.
- Partnering with project and technology teams to embed change activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
