The Role
The Compliance Manager role is a newly created role within Line 2, and will be closely supporting the Head of Compliance, responsible for compliance obligations, incident management and regulatory change to the group.
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate incident management process
- Compliance training
- Regulatory affairs
- Compliance policy
- Remediation
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Your Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate deep experience within the compliance space of the Australian financial services sector and the ability to act as a regulatory SME and ensure communication across the group level, on changes in the regulatory landscape.
Ideally you will have:
- 4+ years within line 2 compliance
- Experience within an APRA regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks
- A relevant degree (Business/ Law/ Accounting etc.)
