Role Summary
- 7+ years of Data Engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale data warehouse and data platform solutions.
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams and driving large-scale data engineering initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Dataproc, Dataprep, and Pub/Sub.
- Experience designing and implementing high-volume batch and real-time data processing solutions using Apache Beam, Airflow, Kubernetes, Python, and Java.
- Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, distributed systems, and streaming architectures.
- Hands-on experience building scalable and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience with integration tools and enterprise system integrations.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- GCP Professional Data Engineer, GCP Cloud Architect, or AWS certifications highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
