What You'll Do:

5. Support recruitment consultants with candidate shortlisting and talent mapping.
6. Develop meaningful candidate relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
7. Research industry trends, competitor activity and talent movements.
8. Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity within CRM and ATS platforms.
9. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
10. Contribute market intelligence and candidate insights to business development initiatives.
