Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide day to day administrative and team support to senior stakeholders and the wider office.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, appointments and internal events.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, couriers, contractors and general office requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for visitors, suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Assist with invoices, purchase orders and general financial administration relating to office expenses.
- Coordinate office events, catering and team activities.
- Maintain an organised and professional office environment.
- Support general administration and ad hoc projects across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency.
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. You will have excellent communication skills and a professional approach, with the confidence to liaise with people at all levels.
Previous experience in team assistance, office management, administration, executive support or a similar role will be highly regarded. Strong attention to detail, initiative and a positive attitude are essential.
