An opportunity exists for an experienced Benefits Realisation Manager to join a large and complex public sector organisation undergoing significant transformation and investment in strategic programs on an initial 12-month contract based in Brisbane.
Your new role
As the Benefits Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of benefits realisation practices across a portfolio of strategic programs and projects.
- Establish and continuously improve benefits management frameworks, methodologies and governance processes.
- Facilitate benefits identification workshops and develop benefits registers, maps and realisation plans.
- Support business case development, investment planning and benefits assessments.
- Provide expert advice and reporting to governance boards and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor, measure and track benefits delivery across complex transformation initiatives.
- Drive accountability for benefits realisation and sustainable business outcomes.
- 5+ years' experience in benefits management, portfolio management, PMO leadership, program delivery or business transformation.
- Proven experience delivering benefits realisation outcomes across large and complex programs.
- Strong understanding of MSP, APMG Benefits Management and P3M frameworks.
- Experience developing business cases, investment proposals and executive reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Criminal History Check.
- Initial 12-month contract with the potential for extension.
