Aufgaben

Analysis of existing business processes to identify AI and automation opportunities
Identification and prioritization of suitable Microsoft Copilot use cases
Design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
Development and configuration of Copilot Agents for specific business use cases
Integration of Copilot solutions into existing business processes and Microsoft 365 environments
Design and implementation of process automation using Power Automate and other Microsoft Power Platform components
Integration of relevant data sources, APIs and enterprise systems
Design and optimization of prompts, agent logic and AI workflows
Development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and evaluation of their business value
Technical optimization of existing Copilot and AI solutions
Consideration of security, data protection, governance and Responsible AI requirements / Preparation of tec hnical documentation for implemented solutions

Profil

Proven experience as an AI Engineer, AI Consultant or Microsoft Copilot Developer
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
Experience in developing Copilot Agents / Agentic AI solutions
Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate
Experience in business process optimization and automation
Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering
Experience with APIs, integrations and enterprise data sourcesKnowledge of the Microsoft Azure / Azure AI ecosystem is an advantage
Experience in regulated enterprise environments, ideally insur Nce or financial services
Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable AI use cases
