Senior Solutions Architect

Tasks

• Define the target architecture for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, covering the current application landscape and the future integration vision across the enterprise environment
• Provide architectural guidance to project teams by analyzing requirements, supporting requirement elaboration, and translating business needs into solution designs for development teams
• Produce and maintain the Solution Architecture Package, including business, application, system, and data architecture for new features and platform capabilities
• Build and prioritize the architectural backlog and contribute to the CRM platform vision, ensuring alignment between roadmap, platform evolution, and delivery needs
• Create and evolve enterprise architecture assets, design principles, software components, and reusable patterns that strengthen platform consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainability
• Support the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications, including architecture design, coordination with technical teams, and troubleshooting of existing service integrations

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent education
• Experience designing and implementing MS Dynamics 365 CE
• An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution options and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms
• Professional fluency in English and in French and/or Dutch is required
• Microsoft D365 certification is a plus
