Main Responsibilities




Your Tasks:

• Accounting Data & System Migration:
  
  
  
  
  • Transfer of transaction and balance sheet data to a new ERP system
  
  
  • Ensuring data quality during migration
  
  


• Master Data Management:
  
  
  
  
  • Preparation and maintenance of master data for data migration
  
  
  • Review and validation of data in the new ERP system
  
  


• Intercompany Reconciliation:
  
  
  
  
  • Preparation of master data for intercompany reconciliations and reporting
  
  


• Fixed Asset Accounting:
  
  
  
  
  • Transfer of fixed assets, including operating lease arrangements, into the new system
  
  


• System Testing (User Acceptance Testing):
  
  
  
  
  • Conducting user acceptance tests to ensure system functionality
  
  

• Completed studies with a focus on accounting, tax, or auditing, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with further qualification as a certified accountant


• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally within an international corporate environment


• Solid knowledge of using and implementing ERP systems, preferably SAP and Datev

• Analytical and structured thinking with a hands-on approach


• High level of initiative, team spirit, and communication skills


• Results-driven and quality-conscious working style


• Flexibility and quick comprehension

• Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written


• Very good knowledge of MS Office
