Role Overview
This role is responsible for full-process product support, including client service, due diligence, and marketing materials preparation. This role involves front-end client coordination and internal cross-departmental collaboration, assisting with product setup and the creation of bilingual (Chinese-English) marketing documents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Support & Client Service
- Conduct due diligence on clients and counterparties: collect and review KYC/due diligence documents required for account opening.
- Maintain the due diligence database to ensure historical records are traceable and compliant.
- Maintain client and counterparty information, and regularly update related materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and resolve clients’ queries.
- Handle client requests and coordinate internal resources as needed to resolve issues.
2. Marketing Materials Preparation
- Create sales support materials such as product introduction deck, monthly reports, and roadshow presentations.
- Assist in translating external communications and press releases.
- Assist in maintaining contents for the company website and official accounts, such as WeChat, LinkedIn.
3. Partner & Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Compliance, Operations, Investment) to ensure accuracy of external communications.
- Coordinate with counterparties (e.g., fund administrator) on client onboarding and dealing matters.
- Distribute external client notifications or announcements.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in client service, sales or related fields. Background in asset management or other financial institutions, and familiarity with due diligence processes, is preferred.
- Skills: Strong ability to learn quickly, excellent data processing and document drafting skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated with strong communication skills; able to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; detail oriented.
- Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
