Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking professional to join us as Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the post-trade cash equity market sector. The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to driving improvements in systems and operations. We seek someone proactive who excels in fast-paced settings and is passionate about fostering innovation and high standards of service.

Job Duties:

• Contribute to the creation and execution of strategies that improve service quality, technology efficiency, and overall system capacity.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess requirements and recommend solutions to manage potential risks.
• Participate in the oversight of solution design and validation, ensuring comprehensive business documentation and use case development.
• Ensure effective and prompt communication with stakeholders, keeping them updated on project progress and developments.
• Promote continuous improvement by championing innovation and best practices.
• Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Support service enhancement and strategic improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Help deliver project objectives and results within set timeframes and budgets.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a reputable financial institution.
• Proven background in leadership or support roles such as business analyst, project manager, or similar positions.
• Strong understanding of CCASS or cash equity markets in Hong Kong or globally is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
