About Our Client

Job Description

Engage stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights for decision-making
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements
Drive strategic projects, business initiatives, budgeting, and fundraising activities
Support investor on-boarding and due diligence processes
Oversee development and enhancement of fund and deal life-cycle systems
Facilitate cross-regional meetings; prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
Develop and monitor team performance frameworks and people processes
Support strategic planning and alignment with head office objectives
Identify process improvements and manage ad hoc operational initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Postgraduate degree; CPA, ACCA, or legal qualifications preferred
Minimum 7 year's experience in private equity or buy-side environment
Experience working with COO, Business Management, or control functions preferred
Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across seniority levels
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
Strong reporting and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
