Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of digital projects from business requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with business users, marketing teams, product owners, and technology teams to define and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and digital capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings to ensure business needs are clearly understood and translated into solution requirements.
• Partner with UX/UI, technology, and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle to support successful delivery.
• Prepare business requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, change management, and deployment activities.
• Manage project stakeholders across both business and IT functions and provide regular project updates.

• 5+ years of Business Analysis, Project Management, or Digital Transformation experience.
• Experience within insurance, banking, financial services, or other customer-centric industries is preferred.
• Proven experience delivering digital, customer-facing, data, or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
• Exposure to AI chatbot, GenAI, data-driven marketing, customer acquisition journeys, digital platforms, mobile applications, or agency/distribution-related initiatives would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both Cantonese and English
