Business Reporting Manager

1. Collect, analyse, and interpret data relevant to the firm's operations, projects, and performance metrics.
2. Prepare periodic and ad-hoc management reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
3. Develop professional presentations, dashboards, and visual materials tailored to executive audiences.
4. Collaborate with different departments to obtain required data and insights.
5. Ensure messaging in reports/presentations aligns with the firm's strategic priorities and goals.
6. Maintain templates, standards, and best practices for reporting and presentation materials.
7. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
8. Support management in preparing materials for senior management meetings and strategic planning sessions.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business reporting
3. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
4. Analytical mindset combined with creativity for storytelling through visuals.
5. Experience in management reporting, business analysis, or corporate communications.
6. Excellent command of English and Mandarin, Cantonese will be a plus

Business Project Manager

Project governance

1. Articulate scope, objective and deliverable for the project
2. Set up project team with clearly defined roles & responsibilities
3. Prepare reports to keep project team apprised of the developments

Project planning

1. Recognize, gather and document requirements from team members
2. Ascertain the core dependencies and determine critical path for the project
3. Make and maintain plan for the project

Risk management

1. Identify the key risks that will impact the timeliness, quality and cost of the deliverable
2. Develop and maintain a plan to mitigate identified risks
3. Escalate to the right parties in case of unresolved risks

Stakeholder management

1. Facilitate consensus building on key decisions point during execution of project
2. Build positive working relationship with key stakeholders

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant field (e.g. Business, Finance, Management)
2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in project management or relate costs, with track record of delivering complex projects with multiple phases and workstreams
3. Ability to tailor communication to suit different audiences (e.g. technical teams, business team, executive)
4. Ability to produce high quality project artifacts to assist communications and decision making throughout the project
5. Strong sense of personal responsibility, ownership and self-motivation
6. PMO or other project related qualifications would be an asset
7. Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills will be an advantage
