Our client, a well-known investment bank, is looking for an operations analyst to join their trading operations team.

Your new role

• Set and improve processes to make trade execution smoother and reduce risk
• Monitor compliance performance and prepare reports for management
• Work closely with Sales, Trading, Compliance, and Operations to ensure trades follow rules
• Identify common issues and fix root causes to improve timelines and accuracy
• Ensure trades are booked correctly and align with internal policies and regulations
• Manage and resolve any exceptions or errors quickly

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  At Least 1 year of experience in operation within a banking industry
  
• 
  Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and financial products
  
• 
  Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
