Job Description

Managing and reviewing credit documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitoring credit limits and exposures, ensuring adherence to approved limits.
Processing and maintaining records for loan disbursements and repayments.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve credit-related issues and discrepancies.
Preparing reports and analyses to support management in decision-making processes.
Ensuring compliance with relevant banking and financial services regulations.
Providing guidance and support to junior staff within the credit administration team.
Implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

Strong knowledge of credit administration processes and banking operations.
Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within banking and financial services.
Proficiency in credit documentation and regulatory compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in leading or mentoring team members is an advantage.
