This prestigious Global Investment Bank is looking for a Digital Business Analyst who has hands-on experience with engaging with Development Teams and Business Analysis to join its dynamic business here in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver strategic and tactical initiatives that support business objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to establish project scope, identify business requirements, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops, process mapping sessions, user story development, and workflow design activities to improve business processes and digital capabilities
• Collaborate directly with Developers, Solution Architects, QA teams, and UX/UI Designers to clarify requirements, validate technical feasibility, review API and system integration requirements, and ensure solutions are aligned with business goals.
• Drive the full project lifecycle from feasibility assessment, business analysis, documentation, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
• Support the creation and review of wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys to ensure a seamless and user-centric experience across digital channels.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery within agreed scope and deadlines.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, steering committee materials, and executive updates for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, working groups, and stakeholder discussions, proactively managing competing priorities and escalating risks when required.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production readiness activities to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor post-launch performance, gather feedback, and work with business and technology teams to resolve production issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  
• 
  Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience within banking, financial services, or wealth management environments.
  
• 
  Strong hands-on experience working directly with Developers, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams on system enhancements, integrations, technical requirements, release planning, and the creation and review of wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys using tools such as Figma.
  
  
• 
  Experience delivering digital products and platform enhancements across web and mobile channels from concept through production deployment.
  
• 
  Proven experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies), with strong proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
  
• 
  Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across Technology, UX/UI, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Front Office business functions.
  
• 
  Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• 
  Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.
