Key Responsibilities

1. Trading & Execution: Lead the execution of global equities, fixed income, and ETFs; consistently deliver best execution by optimizing pricing, liquidity capture, and minimizing transaction costs.
2. Relationship Management: Maintain and evaluate institutional relationships with global banks, local brokers, and market makers to ensure deep liquidity access.
3. Risk & Compliance: Manage post-trade workflows (confirmation, reconciliation) for executed orders and ensure strict adherence to internal risk controls and SFC regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Experience: 3-7 years of institutional buy-side or sell-side trading experience, with a proven multi-asset track record.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
3. Languages: Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
