Key Responsibilities

Monitor investment portfolios for compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, investment mandates, and risk limits.
Investigate and resolve compliance breaches, exceptions, and guideline violations.
Prepare portfolio analytics and regulatory reports, including asset allocation and fund performance monitoring.
Enhance compliance monitoring tools and processes to support new products and evolving market requirements.
Perform NAV validation, reconciliations, and valuation checks to ensure fund pricing accuracy.
Support oversight of complex investment products, including listed and OTC derivatives.

Requirements

Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
2+ years of experience in asset management operations, fund administration, or investment compliance.
Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio monitoring, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience with Bloomberg AIM, compliance rule coding, or investment monitoring systems is highly desirable.
Proficient in English and Chinese with strong Excel and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ownership mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality stakeholder support.
