About the role Our client is a leading international life insurance brokerage specialising in bespoke insurance and wealth planning solutions for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. They are seeking a relationship-driven Insurance Specialist to partner with private bankers and wealth advisers in delivering tailored life insurance solutions that support wealth preservation, legacy planning, and succession needs. In this client-facing role, you will work closely with referral partners to identify opportunities, provide expert insurance advice, and manage the end-to-end client journey. • Provide tailored life insurance solutions based on clients' financial goals and protection needs.
• Partner with Private Bankers & Relationship Managers to identify and develop insurance opportunities.
• Participate in joint client meetings and proactively follow up on referrals and leads.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and business growth.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in insurance, bancassurance, wealth management, or financial services.
• Prior experience in life insurance sales or bancassurance is highly preferred.
• Strong sales, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
