Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with portfolio managers (PM) and team members throughout the investment process;
2. Conduct research on global macroeconomic conditions, country analysis, industry developments, market structure, investment sentiment, and company fundamentals;
3. Assist portfolio management and performance analysis;
4. Participate in the development and launch of new investment products;
5. Prepare external and internal reporting materials;
6. Assist in the development of marketing materials and support marketing efforts;
7. Communicate research findings and insights with internal and external parties.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Physical Science, Engineering or related fields, with excellent grades;
2. Candidates who have passed more levels of the CFA exams will be a plus;
3. At least 3 years of relevant experience gained from SFC registered institutions;
4. More experienced applicant may be considered for more senior position;
5. Technical or marketing experiences are also useful;
6. A strong eagerness to learn, deep curiosity, and a drive to succeed;
7. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure;
8. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint);
9. Good command in written and oral English and Chinese including Putonghua.
