Responsibilities:

1. Strengthen distribution network for all structured lending products through regular dialogues with investors, and deepen the investor base (banks, funds and other FIs) by cultivating new relationships;
2. Manage both the sell-down process of structured lending products via the primary and secondary markets;
3. Maintain dialogues with fellow MLABs as a source of intelligence and to share such information with the team;
4. Identify market trends, conduct liquidity analysis, loan distribution and syndication execution of primary and secondary loans (corporate/structured transactions);
5. Collaborate closely with structured product partners to structure, syndicate and distribute structured lending products and cultivate business opportunities;
6. Conduct periodic reports on latest syndicated loan news, competitor watch list and potential market transactions;
7. Formulate sound underwriting and pricing calls supported by appropriate syndication and de-risking strategies;
8. Coordinate with other professional parties and review of transaction documents;
9. Meet with all internal operational and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or above in business administration, Finance, or other relevant majors;
2. Minimum 7 years relevant experience in theAsian syndicated loan space;
3. Have good credit skills;
4. Good reasoning & presentation skills;
5. Strong communicator and have a keen eye for details;
6. Team player;
7. Have a broad knowledge across diverse structured lending products;
8. Excellent language skills：Written and Spoken English / Chinese.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Vice President.
