Portfolio / Program Manager (Banking Technology) We are hiring an experienced Portfolio / Program Manager to support the senior technology leaders in managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives across Cards, Lending, and Fraud.

Key Responsibilities

Drive portfolio governance, reporting, and executive communications.
Provide portfolio visibility, risk management, and delivery oversight across multiple programs.
Prepare dashboards, steering committee materials, and management reports.
Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Translate complex technical updates into concise executive-level communications.

Requirements

10+ years of IT Project, Program, or Portfolio Management experience.
Strong banking / financial services background.
Proven experience engaging senior management and C-level stakeholders.
Excellent portfolio reporting, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Location: Hong Kong (Hybrid)
