Key Responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact for institutional clients and develop strong long-term relationships.
Understand client objectives, requirements, and operational needs to deliver effective solutions.
Lead end-to-end on-boarding activities and coordinate all arrangements required for clients to access Hong Kong markets and exchange-listed products.
Manage service delivery, resolve client queries, and coordinate issue resolution across internal teams.
Partner with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Technology teams to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Drive project initiatives, manage timelines, identify risks, and ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.
Conduct market and industry analysis to identify opportunities and support business growth.
Liaise with regulators, exchanges, authorities, and external stakeholders when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
Approximately 5-7 years of relevant experience within financial services, capital markets, client service, on-boarding, middle office, or project management environments.
Understanding of Hong Kong exchange infrastructure and relevant entities including HKCC, HKSCC, and SEOCH.
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and stakeholder groups.
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and manage competing priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
