Investment firm hiring for Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a high-profile transformation programme focussed on Identity and Access Management (IAM) across Asia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to drive the implementation of strategic operating models, governance frameworks, and access management processes while working with senior stakeholders across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

Lead regional implementation and adoption of IAM operating models, processes, and systems.
Manage project workstreams, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Design and implement governance frameworks, operating models, and service delivery structures.
Drive access management transformation, including ownership, accountability, and onboarding of applications.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, governance, and controls.
Proven track record delivering complex transformation or change programmes within large organisations.
Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and problem-solving skills.
