A leading Korean bank, renowned for its commitment to fostering economic growth and development, is seeking a talented Risk Manager (Native Korean).

Your new role

• Support senior management and Board of Directors by preparing executive reports, board papers, and strategic presentations
• Coordinate management committee meetings, executive forums, and board meetings
• Monitor and follow up on key strategic initiatives and action items arising from management discussions
• Develop corporate strategies, business plans, and long-term growth initiatives in collaboration with regional and headquarters stakeholders
• Lead KPI planning, business performance monitoring, and strategic project execution
• Act as a key liaison across business functions to drive cross-departmental initiatives
• Facilitate communication with regulators, financial institutions, and external stakeholders
• Prepare high-quality reports and official documents using Hangul (HWP) and Microsoft Office application

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience within banking, financial services, securities, asset management, insurance, fintech, or related sectors
• Strong experience in corporate planning, strategic management, business management, or executive office functions
• Advanced proficiency in Hangul (HWP) is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic initiatives independently
• Native Korean speaker.
