Senior AI Data Scientist

Role Overview:
The Senior AI Data Scientist will collaborate closely with business units to analyze requirements, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and assess the feasibility of innovative solutions. The role involves conducting proof-of-concept studies, participating in AI and data analytics projects, and contributing to the development of the organisation’s AI ecosystem. The candidate will help shape the company's AI strategy through research, project execution, and stakeholder communication.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields
• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and generative AI
• Proficient in Python and familiar with mainstream AI frameworks and tools
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau is preferred
• Good analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business units to analyze requirements and identify opportunities for AI adoption
• Assess the feasibility of proposed AI solutions, evaluate challenges and risks, and conduct proof-of-concept studies
• Contribute to AI and data analytics initiatives, including project planning, design, and execution within cross-functional teams
• Stay current with AI advancements and conduct research to support the organisation’s AI strategy
• Prepare reports and presentations for diverse audiences, supporting AI governance and risk measures
