🔎 Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced Degree: A Master's or PhD in a math-heavy subject (like Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering).
• Financial Knowledge: A solid understanding of basic stock market products, including index futures, swaps, ETFs, and how to protect against foreign exchange (FX) or interest rate changes.
• Coding: Strong skills in Python and a basic understanding of object-oriented languages like C++.
• Core Math: Comfortable with probabilities, statistics, and heavy data analysis.
• Soft Skills: Great communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to solve tricky problems on your own.
