RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform daily operation role in a fast-growing Futures business
2. Prepare and review the documents and records generated by the team
3. Formulate, review and implement operation policies and procedures to enhance operation efficiency and comply with latest rules and regulations
4. Handle trade settlements and market data administration for HK and global futures
5. Manage client asset in banks, exchanges and brokers
6. Support sales team to provide client care to high-net-worth individuals and institutions
7. Handle account opening including KYC, customer enquiries
8. Liaison with Hong Kong and global regulatory bodies
9. Liaison with both internal and external service providers for ensuring the smoothness of operations
10. Assist key management in ad hoc projects
11. Shift may be required

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 2-3 years back office operation experience in Futures company (or investment bank, financial institution)
3. Familiar with settlement systems
4. Familiar of large open position reporting of HK and global markets
5. Familiar of FATCA and AEOI/CRS reporting
6. Knowledge in PC-SPAN is preferable
7. Knowledge in compliance is preferable
8. Knowledge in finance or accounting is preferable
9. Knowledge in risk management operations is preferable
10. Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
11. Accomplish tasks with least supervision
12. Self-motivated, team player, fast learner
