About Our Client

Job Description

Providing operational support for trading activities within the EAM business.
Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of trade confirmations and settlements.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve trade discrepancies efficiently.
Monitoring and addressing system issues to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Assisting in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintaining compliance with financial services regulations and company policies.
Preparing and analyzing reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Responding to client inquiries and providing exceptional service in a professional manner.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor degree in Finance or relevant disciplines.
5 years of hands-on experience in trade operations, middle-office, or brokerage support.
Proficiency in relevant trading systems and financial software tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to manage trade discrepancies.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of compliance requirements within the banking and financial services sector.
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients.
