UX Writer, Bank (Assistant Manager / Manager)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and curate engaging digital content experiences across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and enhancing user engagement in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.
Partner with UX/UI teams to shape how content integrates with design, influencing information architecture and user flows across digital interfaces.
Create and refine content with a strong focus on creative storytelling and strategic messaging to connect with diverse user groups.
Leverage AI tools and data insights to innovate content strategies and deliver dynamic, user-centric digital experiences.
Translate business requirements and user insights into clear content frameworks and strategies that address user needs and goals.
Present content strategies and recommendations to stakeholders, clearly articulating the impact on user experience and engagement.
Develop and implement GenAI use cases and content models, incorporating AI governance to enhance efficiency and innovation in content creation.
Build scalable content frameworks, templates and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across digital channels.
Continuously iterate and improve content using analytics, user testing and feedback to enhance clarity, engagement and conversion.
Promote a user-first content approach, enabling users to interact with digital services confidently and effectively.

Requirements

Degree in Communications, Design, Journalism or related fields.
3+/ 5+ years of experience in content design with strong digital portfolio.
Good understanding of UX principles and content integration.
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Familiar with tools like Confluence, JIRA or Figma; able to use data/feedback to refine content.
