- Providing strategic input on back-office processes and systems.
- Preparing and presenting reports on operational performance.

- Strong knowledge of banking and financial services operations.
- Proven expertise in managing back-office functions effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
