About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite professional with a strong understanding of core financial business processes and at least 5 - 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience. This role will be responsible for analyzing business needs, assessing technology landscapes, evaluating solution architecture, designing tailored NetSuite solutions, and advising clients through successful ERP implementations part of larger transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance and accounting workflows, system configurations, and leading practices for optimizing NetSuite to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead,support,and architect NetSuite implementations, configurations, and optimizations,ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Work closely withbusiness leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements,define project scope, and drive adoption.
• Analyzeand map core financial processes (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, RevenueRecognition, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, FinancialReporting).
• Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, andtranslate business needs into NetSuite solutions.
• Configureand customize NetSuite, including workflows, scripts, saved searches, andreports, to enhance system functionality and integrate with third-partyapplications.
• Identifyopportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements withinNetSuite.
• Provideuser training, support, and documentation to ensure effective systemadoption.
• Workclosely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, andOperations, to ensure seamless integration and system scalability.
• Assistin data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting duringimplementation and post-go-live support.
• Stay upto date with NetSuite updates and industry best practices to provideproactive recommendations. Assistwith NetSuite Practice Development and Business Development activities.
• Mentoringjunior resources in the team.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 5-6 +years of experience in NetSuite implementation and consulting, with afocus on financial modules.
• Strongknowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and core businessprocesses (CPA or finance background is a plus).
• Hands-onexperience with NetSuite configurations, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, andsaved searches.
• Experiencein business process mapping and optimization within NetSuite.
• Lead data migrationefforts, including data extraction, transformation, validation, andloading into NetSuite.
• Develop and delivertraining sessions for end-users and provide post- implementation supportto ensure smooth adoption.
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translatebusiness needs into system solutions.
• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills with the ability to present complex conceptsto both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong background inAgile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies with experience using tools likeJIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Experiencewith SuiteScript, integrations, or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Experiencedin writing deliverables such as BRDs, TDDs, SOPs, Project Plans, as well,as supporting sales cycles by drafting SOW, COs, Proposals, etc.
• NetSuiteCertification required (NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator,NetSuite ERP Consultant, etc.)
