Description and Requirements
SSA Implementation : A Structured Settlement is a unique financial arrangement, involving periodic and lump sum payments, that a claimant accepts to resolve a personal injury tort claim or to settle a statutory payment obligation. Associate will be responsible for reviewing all the customer documents along with the chosen quote and building the contract in the system.
Job Responsibilities
• Review all the customer documents, including the quote document, and match them with the information on the customer application to share discrepancies with onshore SPOCs to resolve outstanding items.
• Review the updated documents shared by Onshore SPOC and build the case in the system following the step-by-step procedures as defined to analyze, validate, and process transactions as per Desktop procedures (L3 & L4).
• Resolve outstanding items by validating from various applications and reaching out to the required onshore SPOCs via email
• Ensure that the daily assigned cases are completed, and targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards.
• Ensure that the quality of the transaction complies with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence.
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or required by business need.
• Manage additional responsibilities assigned by Stateside teams, including handling escalations, fulfilling urgent or ad - hoc reporting requirements, and performing enhanced validation checks.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control for all reports
• Assist in improving reporting accuracy and efficiency by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform any other essential duties as assigned from time to time by the Supervisor to support operational continuity.
• Ensure that receipts are processed within SLAs and Internal standards
• Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards to achieve business results.
• Ensure that the quality of the transaction complies with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence, thus contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
• Interpret correspondence to identify customer needs and expectations.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines; plans and organizes time and priorities to achieve business results.
• Assist others with work to assure attainment of department objectives.
• Work as a team member to meet the company's objectives while demonstrating core values and meeting key measures.
• Comply with regulatory requirements in prioritizing and completing work assignments.
• Analyze, validate, and process transactions as per Desktop procedures (L3 & L4).
• Analyze and research all discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding items.
• Perform mid-month, month-end, and quarter-end activities as per documented desktop procedures.
• Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards.
• Ensure that the quality of the transaction complies with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence.
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
Required Skills (Communication/ Technical/ Domain)
• Computer navigation skills
• Keyboarding and data entry speed (minimum 30 wpm with 90% accuracy)
• Knowledge of Insurance principles in relation to the US Insurance industry is preferred
• Should be able to read, interpret business documents.
• Analytical and interpersonal skills and data validation skills
• Escalate issues if required.
• Data gathering ability/ Eye for detail.
• Teamwork/ Managing Self / Adaptability
• Ability to work successfully in a production-driven environment.
• Adaptability to change.
• Self-Motivated, Self-disciplined and result-oriented
• Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to business problems
• Ability to manage urgent and escalated requests effectively
• Comfortable working with multiple reporting tools and applications
• Excellent communication skills required to interact with multiple departments at stateside and MGCC, basis requirement. Strong understanding and comprehension of the English language.
• Analyze variances in report data and take corrective action by coordinating with relevant stakeholders when required

• Excellent communication skills required to interact with multiple departments at stateside and MGCC, basis requirement. Strong understanding and comprehension of the English language.
- Should have strong email comprehension skills & ability to provide resolutions on customer queries & Escalation.
- Ability to work on routine/standardized transactions.
- Knowledge about the US Life Insurance industry ( Life insurance administration )
- Extract and generate reports in various formats from multiple internal applications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Validate all reports by reconciling data against source systems and previously generated files to identify discrepancies or deviations.
