Key Responsibilities
1. Program Governance & Control
- Support end-to-end program governance across platforms, workstreams, and enabling functions
- Maintain and enforce program standards, templates, and reporting cadence
- Prepare materials for Steering Committees, working groups, and executive forums
- Track actions, decisions, and governance outcomes to closure
- Produce consolidated weekly and monthly program reporting (status, risks, issues, milestones)
- Develop executive dashboards tracking adoption, value, and delivery progress across platforms
- Ensure consistency and integrity of data across all workstreams
- Highlight emerging themes, blockers, and required decisions
- Maintain centralised RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) logs
- Drive proactive identification and escalation of risks and blockers
- Track mitigation plans and ensure accountability across teams
- Support program planning across multiple platforms and workstreams
- Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies
- Monitor delivery progress against plan and escalate deviations
- Support structured communication across business, technology, risk, and enablement teams
- Prepare clear, concise executive communications and updates
- Ensure alignment across global teams and regions
- Enable transparency across program progress and decisions
- Support implementation and refinement of the Horizon 2.0 operating model
- Identify opportunities to streamline governance, reporting, and delivery processes
- Contribute to development of playbooks, templates, and ways of working
- Help embed scalable program practices as Horizon 2.0 expands
Essential
- For internal applications - 24 months as Consultant
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation program or PMOs
- Strong organizational and coordination skills across complex environments
- Ability to synthesize data into clear, executive-ready insights
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, risk management, and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel / PowerPoint / Power BI reporting tools
- Experience in AI, data, or digital transformation programs
- Advanced Excel / PowerPoint / Power BI reporting tools
- Knowledge of regulated environments (risk, audit, compliance)
- Experience supporting executive-level governance forums
- Highly disciplined and detail-oriented
- Structured, proactive, and outcome-focused

- Clear communicator with executive presence
