Function:Accounting and Reporting Consulting(ARC)

Role& Responsibilities

Uniqusis seeking professionals for our ARC team. As a Manager, youwill work with clients to provide high-quality accountingadvisory services set out above. You will be responsible tomaintain client relationships with senior stakeholders, workwith Partner & Directors as well as mentor the teammembersapart from providing support on our businessdevelopment andpractice managementinitiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Participate inbusiness development activities and contribute to proposaldevelopment.
• Manageclientrelationships and act as a point of contactfor clients.
• Projectmanagement
• Technicalaccounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues,andconduct research on accounting topics andprepare technical memos
• Assistclientswith the implementation of new accountingstandards.
• Assistclientswith financial reporting, including thepreparation offinancial statements.
• Review andanalyse client financial information and providerecommendations for improvement.
• Superviseandmentor team members.
• Stay up todateon developments in accounting standards andregulations.
• Ability tomanage multiple engagements and deadlines,
• Attention todetail and ability to work independently.
• Applyindependent and objective professional judgment in applyingaccounting standards to meet engagement expectations,including regulatory requirements.

Requirements

We're lookingforaccounting professionals who are passionate aboutprovidingaccounting and reporting consulting to clientswhich includessupport on technical and special mattersincluding GAAPConversion, accounting policy support, newaccounting standardimplementation (end to end), andDisclosure support forIFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS. The incumbentwill work for top global clientsacross a wide variety ofmarkets and industry sectors.

• Demonstrateasound understanding of accounting concepts; stayinformed ofprofessional standards; and effectivelyapply this knowledgeto moderately difficult and/orcomplex client situations.
