Job Title: Payroll Executive (India Payroll)

Location: Noida

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Operations Executive to support payroll processing for India. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting monthly payroll cycles, handling weekly/ regular Full & Final (F&F) settlements, and collaborating closely with payroll vendor. The role requires understanding of payroll compliance and the ability to work effectively in a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process weekly/ regular Full & Final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees.

- Ensure accurate computation of dues including salary, leave encashment, bonus, gratuity (if applicable), and recoveries.

- Coordinate with HR team to ensure timely closure of exit processes.

-Support monthly payroll processing for India in coordination with payroll vendor.

-Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, variable pay, and statutory deductions.

- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of payroll data to payroll vendor.

- Review payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies prior to final payout.

- Generate periodic payroll reports and maintain accurate records.

- Ensure compliance with Indian payroll regulations including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and LWF.

- Assist in audits and respond to audit-related queries.

- Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and taxation and provide timely and professional resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance or related field.

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in India payroll operations.

- Experience working with payroll vendor is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance in India.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas).

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

- Familiarity with HRMS systems such as Workday

- Exposure to accounting and related compliance
