We're hiring for a Head of Ireland Marketing Communications to support our growing Marketing team in Dublin!
To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we're searching for a dedicated Head of Ireland Marketing Communications to set the marketing strategy for all NFP business lines in Ireland. You will be responsible for delivering the strategy across marketing channels, building NFP's brand presence and awareness in the Irish market, and managing key stakeholders across the business and wider marketing function. The right individual is encouraged to think differently about how NFP markets and communicates, challenge existing approaches, and identify innovative ways to support business growth, brand reputation and client engagement.

You will be responsible for delivering the strategy across marketing channels, building NFP's brand presence and awareness in the Irish market, and managing key stakeholders across the business and wider marketing function. The right individual is encouraged to think differently about how NFP markets and communicates, challenge existing approaches, and identify innovative ways to support business growth, brand reputation and client engagement.
We're looking for someone with:
- 360 marketing knowledge with multichannel campaign delivery and execution
- Programme planning and project management experience
- Experience in stakeholder management and encouraging relationships with all levels
- Negotiation experience to stretch budgets and to achieve core targets and objectives
- Agency management experience (e.g. PR) to optimise accounts, brief and drive business objective
- People management and team development experience
- Commercial competence and familiarity with the markets where NFP operates in Ire land
- Multi-tasking skills to supervise projects and engagements whilst ensuring the key objectives and purpose are met
- Knowledge of the markets and topics that affect NFP and an ability to connect the dots to incorporate into the marketing approach
- Digital media planning and buying experience with familiarity in analytics and conversion goals
- Creative eye, to best represent the brand based on the business objective
- Editorial and content writing skills
- Good presentation skills
- Financial services experience of membership of the III, LIA, IOB or another relevant body
Using these skills, you'll be:
- Delivering, planning and implementing marketing strategy across all business lines within Ireland
- Ensuring the alignment across campaigns alongside the cross sell of products to develop comprehensive campaigns
- Ensuring the programme of campaigns and activities meet objectives and targets and tracks return on investment
- Working alongside the broader marketing division to ensure clear briefing and delivery across all marketing and sales channels
- Researching and delivering market maps to aid the business, having had them ratified by the Marketing Director
- Acting as brand ambassador, ensuring the NFP brand values and ethos are maintained across all communications while growing the brand's visibility and recognition in the Irish market
- Settling appropriateness of 'out of scope' and ad-hoc marketing requests and defer to Marketing Director
- Identifying and managing sponsorship, promotions and awards opportunities that build brand awareness, support market reputation and deliver measurable value, ensuring obligations are met by both parties and return on investment is tracked
- Advising the PR team with the support of the Marketing Director to ensure NFP is represented appropriately and spokespersons are briefed accordingly
- Supporting Mergers and Acquisitions to ensure they have brand guidelines and guidance
- Handling ad-hoc queries and support the business in line with marketing strategy and objectives
- Attending, coordinating and running marketing events, conferences, forums and webinars across Ireland to build relationships, support lead generation and raise the profile of NFP in the market
