Job Description

Your Role:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record in managing multiple small-to-mid scale IT Programs. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, as the individual will be responsible for managing - directly or indirectly - a number of project management professionals across various disciplines.

A Program Manager at Citco is expected to think strategically, anticipate potential challenges, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

• Take overall accountability for successful program delivery (on-time, on-budget, on-scope)
• Foresee risks and challenges; provide timely and transparent communication to stakeholders
• Develop program-level plans aligned to strategic business objectives
• Build strong working relationships with IT and business team leads
• Ensure clear, concise, and proactive communication with senior management
• Maintain alignment across stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging
• Ensure business cases and product concepts align with strategic objectives
• Support the PMO in establishing project management processes and tools
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to Project Managers and delivery teams
• Oversee and mentor team members throughout the program lifecycle

Qualifications

About You:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Demonstrated experience establishing and executing governance frameworks
• Experience managing enterprise-scale, cross-functional projects
• Strong working knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
• Understanding of capital markets and financial services environments

Education & Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Professional PM certifications preferred (PMP, Agile, or equivalent)
