As part of its continued growth and development in the Irish market, Drivalia Ireland, a leading provider of vehicle leasing, fleet management and mobility solutions, is looking for a VIE Accounting Assistant to join its team from September/October 2026.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain international experience within a dynamic and fast-growing organization, while contributing to key accounting, reporting and financial control activities in a multicultural environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Processing and managing the flow of transactions i.e. invoices and payments on a daily basis and ensuring that supplier accounts are up to date
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure the account set-up is correct and payments are made on time
• Investigating and resolving any invoice discrepancies that arise
• Maintaining purchase ledgers and ensuring all transactions are posted correctly
• Preparing account reconciliations and reporting as part of month-end process
• Preparing supplier payment runs
• Managing the team mailbox
• Assisting with year-end audit queries
• Supporting the Accounts Receivable team as required
• Supporting the CFO and Finance Manager with reporting requests or general support that might be required such as anlaysis, data for reporting etc

Formation / Spécialisation
Profile Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, ideally with a specialization in Accounting.
Niveau d'expérience minimum
0 - 2 ans
Expérience
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify issues.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
