Our Client



Our client has gone through a recent period of change and are seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to lead the team. They are a recognisible brand and have a new requirement for a key role in finance.




The Position: Finance Manager



This role will report to the Head of Finance and have an active role within the business and dealings with the Senior Management Team. It will have a commercial input in the ongoing development of the company. Some duties include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts


• Financial Reporting


• Lead and develop small finance team


• Project management of finance system implementation


• Detailed reconciliations


• Review monthly journals for accurateness


• Tax returns


• Variance analysis


• KPI reporting


• Payroll review and approval


• Budgeting and forecasting


• Ad hoc as required

The Person: To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

• Qualified Accountant or working towards qualification with relevant experience in a similar role


• Excellent organisational skills


• High volume experince


• Ability to work to tight deadlines and multitask


• Strong IT skills


• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communicator


• Self-motivating and able to work on own initiative
