The Role

• Define and maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure service reliability and performance.
• Manage observability platforms, including dashboards, monitoring, metrics, logging, and alerting.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to production incidents when necessary.
• Partner with software engineers to improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Drive implementation of reliability best practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational procedures, documentation, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with SRE teams and stakeholders to establish engineering standards and operational excellence across the organization.

Your Skills

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale production environments and incident management.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and reliability engineering principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating operational documentation and runbooks.
