How you will create an impact:

• Lead project workstreams or entire projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong client impact, and timely execution.
• Act as key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and guiding them through complex business challenges.
• Drive the development of strategic recommendations based on data analysis, market insights, and customer understanding.
• Lead project teams, providing direction-setting, managing scope and timelines, and acting as a mentor to team members.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, structured, and compelling client presentations and deliverables.
• Positively impact our client's business success as well as shaping the future of healthcare for our society.
• Independently tackle complex issues, crafting and presenting solutions and recommendations for clients together with your project teams.
• Actively drive business development, building client relations, identifying opportunities, and working closely with Partners to develop proposals, and participate in pitches.
• Shape project direction and problem-solving approaches in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Support the development of best practices across projects by contributing to internal knowledge building.

Your profile:

• Exceptional academic achievements in a Bachelor's, Master's, or doctoral program in fields such as business, economics, engineering or sciences.
• 5 years professional experience in consulting, with exposure to Healthcare & Life Sciences, or relevant experience in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience synthesizing complex quantitative and qualitative information into clear client recommendations.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with experience leading stakeholder engagement across different organizational functions.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring team members, managing team performance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Fluency or professional working proficiency in English, and either Dutch, German or French.
• Entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, curious, and driven, with a sharp and critical mindset.
